This ballot nomination process is officially flawed and the NBA needs to do something about it.Here is a list of names NBA writers apparently thought deserved more All-Star consideration than the Utah Jazz’ Paul Millsap: Hedo Turkoglu, Lamar Odom, Jeff Green, Carl Landry, Grant Hill, Trevor Ariza and Caron Butler.A laughable list to include over Millsap, who is outplaying all of them, but it just further highlights the flaws in the current ballot nomination system.In the end, Paul Millsap will make the All-Star team if he continues to play at this high of a level, and he obviously cares more about winning than personal recognition, but one can be sure that the NBA will be reviewing the All-Star ballot nomination process after this massive snub.
